Three Bond 1110H Anaerobic Sealant Overview
The Three Bond 1110H is an Anaerobic Liquid Sealant for flange connections. It is characterized by thixotropy, enabling a tacky, dense seal with minimal pretreatment. The base is acrylic resin; the sealant is solvent-free and color white. With 1 kg can it offers a convenient practical size. The density is approximately 1.05 g/cm³ and the viscosity (25 °C) is about 50 Pa·s.
The temperature range extends from -50 °C to 150 °C. Shelf life is 12 months. After application it develops functional strength (1–2 h) and reaches final strength after 24 h.
Suitable for Flange Connections
The seal is typically used in metal flange connections where a tight, vibration-resistant seal is required. Since it is solvent-free, it is well suited for sensitive environments and reduces residues. Easy demounting facilitates future maintenance or replacement.

Processing & Application
- Inspect surfaces and keep them clean.
- Apply an even, thin layer of sealant.
- Assemble the flange connection and tighten according to specifications.
- After application, note functional strength (1–2 h); achieve final strength after about 24 h.
Composition & Material Selection
The seal is based on acrylic resin in a thixotropic matrix that adapts well to metal surfaces and provides a secure seal under vibration. The colorless white appearance is clearly visible in typical industrial processes and facilitates inspection.
