Anaerobic Liquid Gasket Three Bond 1110H at a Glance

The Three Bond 1110H is an anaerobic liquid gasket for flange connections. It cures reliably between metal surfaces in the absence of air and seals flange connections in demanding applications. The thixotropic, solvent-free formulation is characterized by vibration and chemical resistance as well as easy dismantling after use.

The main binder is Acrylic resin. The seal is available in white and can be easily positioned and applied due to its viscosity of 50 Pa·s and a density of 1.05 g/cm³. Operating range: -50 °C to 150 °C. The shelf life is 12 months. After application you achieve functional strength after 1-2 h and final strength after 24 h.

Suitable for Flange Connections

Suitable for flange connections in mechanical assemblies, hydraulics and other systems where reliable sealing is required in the absence of air. The solvent-free character reduces odor and environmental requirements. Demounting is easy, which facilitates maintenance and repairs.

High Performance Thanks to Thixotropic, Solvent-Free Sealant

Through thixotropy the sealant stays at the desired position during application and prevents flow or leakage during assembly. The solvent-free formulation reduces odor and emissions. The seal exhibits high vibration and chemical resistance and is comparatively easy to dismantle after installation, which facilitates maintenance.

Processing and Practical Use

• Thoroughly clean surfaces and remove oil.
• Degrease both sealing surfaces and let dry.
• Apply the sealant evenly on the sealing surfaces.
• Assemble the flange connection and tighten according to the application. Curing occurs in the absence of air.
• After about 1–2 h functional strength, after about 24 h final strength is reached.
