Three Bond 1110H – Anaerobic Liquid Gasket (A20008) Overview

The Three Bond 1110H is a thixotropic, solvent-free anaerobic gasket on acrylic resin base. It is used for sealing flange connections and provides rapid functional strength at temperatures from -50 °C to 150 °C.

The sealant is white, has a viscosity of about 50 Pa·s at 25 °C and a density of about 1.05 g/cm³. Shelf life is 12 months and final strength is reached at about 24 h, while functional strength occurs after 1–2 h.

Suitable for flange connections

The thixotropic consistency allows controlled application, adheres reliably to surfaces and prevents dripping; thus you get clean, dense joints even under vibration.
