Anaerobic thread sealant Three Bond 1303 overview
The Three Bond 1303 is an anaerobic thread sealant based on Methacrylate-based chemistry, developed specifically for threaded connections. In the absence of air, it polymerizes into a permanent seal in metal and fastening areas. The seal fills micro- and macro-roughness and offers high chemical and thermal resistance. In repairs it can be dismantled to allow maintenance work.
The green color and the volume 50 g per bottle make it the standard solution for small threads. With a temperature range of −60 °C to 150 °C and a shelf life of 12 months, it is suitable for both cold-temperature and high-temperature applications.
Technically it provides a compressive strength up to 35 MPa as well as a functional strength after 2 h and a full final strength after 24 h.
Suitable for small thread connections
The seal fills micro- and macro-roughness and enables reliable sealing in tight thread areas. The anaerobic reaction occurs on contact with metal surfaces and allows dismantling during repairs without damaging the thread.

High strength for tight threads
Due to the Methacrylate-based base, a robust seal is formed that reliably seals even at small inner and outer diameters. The removability facilitates repairs without damaging the threads.
Composition: Methacrylate-based sealant
The main component Methacrylate, in combination with the anaerobic curing process, provides a durable, chemical-resistant seal. The green coloring facilitates visual inspection of components and identification of the sealant.
