The Three Bond 1305 is an anaerobic gasket sealant, specifically designed for threaded connections. As a mid-range adhesive based on methacrylate, it offers controlled curing and high resistance to chemical influences. The bottle contents of 250 g and the fluid-dispensable form enable easy, clean application.

Colored green and a viscosity of 600 mPa·s at 25 °C as well as a density of 1.10 g/cm³ provide constant properties. The combination of main component methacrylate and the anaerobic reaction ensures a firmly seated seal, ideal for threaded connections in critical areas.

Key performance data: Temperature range -60 °C to 150 °C, Shear/Compression strength approx. 35 MPa, Functional strength approx. 2 h, Final strength approx. 24 h, Shelf life 12 months. The formulation is solvent-free and uses a solid hardness for robust bonding connections even under vibrations.

Suitable for threaded connections M8 to M36

The gasket sealant is particularly suitable for standard screw sizes in the range M8 to M36, where a permanent seal and corrosion protection are required. Through the prestressed curing, reliable sealing is achieved even with rapid assembly.

Processing & curing

• Preparation: Clean, oil- and dust-free surfaces must be ensured.
• Application: Dose anaerobically and slightly tighten.
• Curing: Functional strength after about 2 h, final strength after about 24 h.
