Anaerobic Thread Sealant Three Bond 1305 at a Glance

The Three Bond 1305 is a medium-strength anaerobic thread sealant based on methacrylate, reliably sealing threaded connections. Available in a 50 g bottle, suitable for screw connections from M8 to M36.

It serves as a medium-strength threadlocker and increases security against loosening due to vibrations. The green color facilitates identification in the warehouse. The sealant is characterized by high resistance to chemical exposure and temperature as well as vibration-proof properties.

Thanks to its flowable dispensing, the sealant can be applied precisely. When assembling the components, the adhesive reacts internally and provides a reliable lock against loosening under vibration.

The adhesive offers high chemical and thermal resistance and is vibration-resistant. Thanks to flowable dispensing, it can be applied in a controlled manner, and the solvent-free formulation reduces residues in sensitive applications.

Processing and Practical Use

• Thoroughly clean surfaces, remove debris, and keep dry.
• Open the cartridge and dispense the sealant, then apply to the thread or contact plate.
• Join the components, align precisely, and assemble according to the stated curing time; functional strength after about 2 h, final strength after about 24 h.
