The Three Bond 1324 anaerobic adhesive sealant is a one-component, solvent-free adhesive based on methacrylate used to seal threads and flanges. It is specifically suitable for seals from M8 to M36 and features medium strength.

The color of the compound is red. With a viscosity of 600 mPa·s at 25 °C and a density of 1.13 g/cm³, it provides a good balance between crack-bridging capability and flow. The temperature range extends from -60 to 150 °C, making it suitable for high application loads. The shelf life is 12 months.

The curing occurs under airtight conditions, ensuring reliable sealing. Initial strength is typically reached after 2 hours; final strength is achieved after 24 hours. The seal withstands pressure- and shear loads up to 28 MPa (0.01 mm gap) and 21 MPa (0.05 mm gap). The recommended gap is 0.01–0.03 mm; maximum gap width 0.3 mm.

This product is specifically intended for thread- and flange-seals and covers thread sizes from M8 to M36. The combination of chemical resistance, high temperature resistance, and vibration tolerance ensures a secure seal connection even in vibrating environments.
