Three Bond 1364E is an anaerobic adhesive sealant in a 1 kg bottle, which exhibits low strength and is therefore particularly suitable for controlled, easily demountable thread seals.
The blue adhesive sealant is one-component and solvent-free; it enables an automatable dosing in serial processes and provides a reliable sealing connection within the component spectrum.
Key performance data: Viscosity (25 °C): approx. 525 mPa·s, Density (25 °C): approx. 1.10 g/cm³, Temperature range: −60 to 150 °C. The shelf life is 9 months, functional strength (h 1) 10–15 min, and the optimal gap tolerance 0.01–0.02 mm. Maximum thread size: M20.
