Three Bond 1364E anaerobic adhesive sealant overview
The Three Bond 1364E is an anaerobic adhesive sealant based on Methacrylate. As a single-component sealant, it is solvent-free and comes in a blue 50 g bottle. The formulation is designed for low strength, but provides a fast, functional seal that can be released again if needed. The optimal gap tolerance is 0.01–0.02 mm.
In practice, this sealant enables automated dosing and offers good chemical and vibration resistance. It is especially suitable for applications requiring reliable, easily demountable threaded interfaces.
Suitable for threaded and gasket applications
The anaerobic sealant is used to seal threaded connections securely without long cure times. The sealant requires a short functional time of typically 10–15 minutes.
