The Three Bond 1747 Cyanoacrylate Gel is a thixotropic gel that effectively reduces dripping and running. It adheres reliably to metals and elastomers and is particularly suitable for bonding on vertical surfaces.

The color is colorless and the main component is Ethyl Cyanoacrylate. With a viscosity of approx. 2.000 mPa·s (at 25 °C) and a density of 1,05 g/cm³, it offers a good balance of tensile strength and workability. The bond remains stable across temperature fluctuations.

Curing time approx. 10 s and shear strength 16 MPa as well as impact strength 14 kJ/m² ensure robust connections. Temperature range: -40 to 85 °C. Storage life approx. 9 months.
