Key properties and their benefits
- Drip-free operation: facilitates dosing, reduces rework and keeps the bond clean.
- Impact resistance: reliable joints under impact or vibration loading.
- Good heat resistance: withstands loads in a temperature range up to 120 °C.
- Gel form: provides gap-filling and leads to uniform adhesive bonds, even in tight contours.
Material basis and structure
The basis is Ethyl cyanoacrylate, which exists as a colorless gel formulation. The gel form enables controlled application for gaps up to 0,25 mm and minimizes dripping during application.
