The Three Bond 1783 cyanoacrylate gel is a highly viscous adhesive solution designed specifically for gap-filling bonds and delicate applications. The colorless gel form enables precise application, without excessive dripping. With a viscosity of 800 mPa·s at 25 °C and a density of 1.05 g/cm³, the gel is also suitable for sensitive component surfaces where overspread should be avoided.

This adhesive uses Ethyl-Cyanoacrylate as its Main component and offers a broad application range up to temperatures from -40 to 120 °C and a shelf life of 9 months. The Shore hardness A is about 84 A, while the thermal conductivity is about 0.8 W/m·K. The packaging includes a 50 g bottle – ideal for serial bonding processes.

Gap-filling bonds up to 0.25 mm – precise adhesive connections

The gel formulation enables controlled application and stable bonds even in tight gaps. The drip-free property reduces excess material and post-processing, while the high impact resistance of the bond remains reliable under mechanical load. The colorless appearance is ideal for visible adhesive joints.
