The Three Bond 1784 is a high-viscosity cyanoacrylate instant adhesive based on Ethyl cyanoacrylate. The solvent-free formulation bonds in a flash to metal, plastics and rubber and remains transparent. With a temperature range of -40 °C to 100 °C, it is suitable for assemblies that require short temperature excursions. The visibility of the adhesive joint remains virtually unaffected by transparency, which is advantageous for delicate assemblies.

Suitable for Metal, Plastics and Rubber

In practice, metal surfaces (e.g., steel, aluminum), plastics and rubber bond reliably. Pre-cleaning of the surfaces increases initial adhesion and long-term resistance of the adhesive joint.
