Three Bond A20181 Adhesive – Cyanoacrylate instant adhesive at a glance

The single-component cyanoacrylate instant adhesive belongs to the Three Bond 7782 family and is supplied in a 20 g bottle. Solvent-free and using ambient humidity as the initiator, it enables bonding in seconds with high adhesion.

With a low-viscosity formulation, the adhesive is suitable for thin bond layers on metals, plastics and ceramics, ideal when low film thickness and good penetration are required. The color is colorless (yellowish under light).

Important values: Viscosity approx. 15 mPa·s at 25 °C, Density approx. 1.05 g/cm³, and a temperature range from -40 to 85 °C. The curing time is approx. 2 s, Shelf life 12 months. Contents are a 20 g bottle. The main component is Methyl cyanacrylate.

Fast, safe handling – quick handling tips

1. Prepare surfaces: clean, dry and degreased.
2. Apply isolated droplets – enough, but not excessive.
3. Join and position surfaces – ambient humidity initiates curing.
4. After joining, perform a quick check: after about 2 s a load-bearing bond is already possible.
