The Three Bond 1121 is a solvent-free liquid gasket based on a modified ester resin. Available in a 1 kg can, it is particularly suitable for sealing dismantlable flanges as well as large surfaces.

It remains sticky and non-curing, but seals reliably against gasoline and lubricants. The gasket has gray color and is characterized by good dismantlability.

Properties & advantages

Processing & practical use

Because of its non-curing consistency, surfaces should be clean and dry before application. The gasket is particularly suitable where re-assembly is planned, as it can be removed again after mounting without damaging the flange. Storage should be kept cool and dry, with a shelf life of 24 months.
