The Three Bond 1121 is a Non-curing ester resin liquid gasket, packaged in a 200 g Tube. It serves as a seal for demountable flanges and remains flexible, without curing. The formulation is solvent-free and is characterized by low-odor properties – ideal for sensitive work environments.

With excellent gasoline- and oil-resistance, it is also suitable for moisture-sensitive applications in maritime environments, such as ship hatch covers. The color is Gray, the gasket remains demountable and can be easily removed after maintenance.

Suitable for Demountable Flange Connections

Due to its non-hardening consistency, the gasket leaves a sticky film that forms a reliable sealing layer while still allowing very good demountability. It is especially suitable for large areas such as ship hatch covers, where a uniform sealing effect over the entire area is important. The solution is solvent-free and reduces odor during use.
