Three Bond 1533 adhesive – A20101 overview

The Three Bond 1533 is a 1K moisture-curing adhesive based on a Silyl-Polymer binder. As an adhesive / industrial adhesive it offers strong adhesion on a wide substrate range. The 460 g cartridge enables economical bonding of larger areas; the color is white, which is advantageous for visible joints. The formulation is DBT-free and meets the UL94 HB requirement, which increases safety in many application areas.

Due to moisture from the environment, the adhesive cures chemically, forming a durable, flexible bond. The viscosity at 25 °C is 100 Pa·s and the Shore A hardness is 40 A, which provides a good balance of strength and deformability. The main component remains the Silyl-Polymer, which enables reliable adhesion on plastics, metals and ceramic substrates.
