Three Bond 1537E Adhesive Overview

The Three Bond 1537E is a 1K-silan-polymer adhesive with UL94 V-0 certification. Flame retardant, silicone- and isocyanate-free, it is particularly suitable for encapsulating sensitive electronic components. The tube size of 200 g enables practical use in both serial and small-series production.

Main component

The Main component is a silan-polymer, which provides good adhesion at low adhesive volumes, flexible joints and good electrical properties. With a viscosity of 90 mPa·s (25 °C) and a density of 1.66 g/cm³, the adhesive reliably covers typical encapsulation and bonding tasks. The operating temperature range extends from -60 °C to 150 °C, which also withstands temperature peaks in electronics. The storage life is 6 months.

Because of the UL94 V-0 certification as well as the silicone- and isocyanate-free formulation, this adhesive is a safe choice for encapsulating sensitive components. Processing & Application
