Product description
Three Bond 1537E Adhesive Overview
The Three Bond 1537E is a 1K-silan-polymer adhesive with UL94 V-0 certification. Flame retardant, silicone- and isocyanate-free, it is particularly suitable for encapsulating sensitive electronic components. The tube size of 200 g enables practical use in both serial and small-series production.
Main component
The Main component is a silan-polymer, which provides good adhesion at low adhesive volumes, flexible joints and good electrical properties. With a viscosity of 90 mPa·s (25 °C) and a density of 1.66 g/cm³, the adhesive reliably covers typical encapsulation and bonding tasks. The operating temperature range extends from -60 °C to 150 °C, which also withstands temperature peaks in electronics. The storage life is 6 months.
Suitable for electronics encapsulation
Because of the UL94 V-0 certification as well as the silicone- and isocyanate-free formulation, this adhesive is a safe choice for encapsulating sensitive components. The combination of high mechanical performance, good electrical properties and stability under temperature fluctuations makes it particularly suitable for housing and contact bonding in electronics.

Processing & Application
- Thoroughly clean the substrate, keep it dry and free of grease
- Apply the adhesive in a thin, even layer
