Epoxy SM Adhesive Three Bond 2217H Overview
The Three Bond 2217H is a 1K epoxy SM adhesive in a 30 ml cartridge for SMT assembly. As an epoxy adhesive in the main category epoxy adhesives, it is ideal for fast, reliable bonding in SMD assemblies.
With short cycle times and high process reliability, the adhesive enables efficient manufacturing, while minimal shrinkage ensures dimensional accuracy for fine connections.
Suitable for SMT Bonding
The SM adhesive is specifically matched to the demands of surface mount technology and provides robust adhesion for chip-on-board and component bonding.
