The Three Bond 2224D is a 1K epoxy resin adhesive in a 1 kg can, specially suited for bonding in electronics. As an epoxy resin, it features a high solids content and robust chemical resistance – ideal for component bonds that must withstand temperatures and chemicals.

With a viscosity of approx. 60 Pa·s at 25 °C and a density of approx. 1.20 g/cm³, the adhesive can be applied in a controlled manner. The Shore D hardness of around 93 provides a hard, scratch-resistant surface, while the shear strength of approx. 8.8 MPa enables reliable connections. The cure time at 100 °C is about 20 minutes, supporting short assembly steps.
