Three Bond 3302B – Flexible Conductive Adhesive (Urethane-Based) Overview
The one-component adhesive offers high flexibility and excellent adhesion. With workability from approximately 17 °C it is well suited for temperature-variable work environments. The pack size is 500 g per can. The main components are urethane and silver; the adhesive shows a silver color.
The curing occurs at around 60 °C in around 3 hours, which supports fast product cycles. The property as a 1K system simplifies processing – no mixing required.
