The Three Bond 1221G/1221H are single-component RTV silicone sealants in a 100 g tube. They demonstrate a paste-like dispensing, quick skin formation, and an elastic adhesion, ideal for electronics and enclosure sealing applications. The sealant offers excellent weather, moisture and chemical resistance, ensuring reliable seals even under demanding environmental conditions. Its transparent to white color provides an unobtrusive appearance on many materials.

Form and temperature stability are central to this solution: temperature range from -60 °C to 200 °C and a Shore hardness of 28 Shore A. The material is dimensionally stable and exhibits a high elongation of 500 % as well as a tensile strength of 2.5 MPa and a shear strength of 1 MPa, providing flexibility and durability for seals.
