Which accessories fit your cartridge and adhesive?
Start with the specific adhesive and its container. For two-component systems, cartridge size, mix ratio, plunger, applicator and mixing nozzle must be compatible. The EPX versions shown differ in precisely these features. Also clarify how the adhesive needs to reach the component: the nozzle tip and application method affect the bead shape that can be achieved. Working time and curing time belong to the individual adhesive, not to the accessories.

Choose accessories as a compatible system
A mixing nozzle blends the components as they leave the matching dual cartridge; the applicator drives them out. Versions for different cartridge volumes and mix ratios are not interchangeable standard parts. The selected adhesive's specifications also determine working time, required surface preparation and when a mixing tube needs replacing. Check suitability for your component and process against the specific product documentation.

How do I choose a mixing nozzle for my adhesive?
Match the mixing nozzle to the specific adhesive and its cartridge system. The intended cartridge, its volume, mix ratio and connection to the applicator all matter. The EPX range contains different versions for these requirements; a nozzle intended for another ratio is not automatically suitable. Check the product information alongside that of the adhesive and tell us what application pattern you need.
When do I need a manual applicator or a pneumatic gun?
That depends on the intended adhesive system, cartridge and application. The range includes EPX manual applicators and a pneumatic gun for compatible cartridges. Both are used to dispense and apply adhesive; the specific version must fit the container and the required mixing nozzle. Tell us which cartridge you use, where the adhesive will be applied and the steps in your process so we can assess the combination.
Can I use the same mixing nozzle for different mix ratios?
Only if the particular mixing nozzle is specified for those ratios and cartridges. The product information for EPX mixing nozzles lists different ratios and container sizes; some versions are specified for several ratios, while others are intended for one. Follow the assignment in the relevant product record. The plunger and applicator must also be compatible with the adhesive system.
