The Three Bond 1207C is a RTV silicone liquid gasket sealant, characterized by extremely fast skin formation and immediate sealing. With a viscosity of 70 mPa·s and a density of 1.50 g/cm³ the product is easily distributed and remains form-stable even after curing. The temperature range is from -60 °C to 200 °C, briefly up to 250 °C. The Shore hardness D 60, elongation 170% and Tensile strength 4 MPa indicate an elastic, resilient seal. The shelf life is 12 months, and as packaging options there are 150 g tubes, 333 ml cartridges, and 20 kg pails.
