The Three Bond 1209 is a HTRT RTV silicone liquid gasket designed especially for flanges and screw connections in electrical applications. The gasket offers high pressure and chemical resistance as well as a rapid skin formation, which minimizes post-processing and waiting times. The material is available in a 330 ml cartridge and is typically black in color.

With the Acetone system as the main component, the gasket provides a reliable barrier against heat, oils and aggressive substances. The properties allow use in demanding environments, with the gasket also meeting high requirements for mechanical strength – a central figure is the Tensile strength of 2.4 MPa at an elongation of around 300%.
