Three Bond 1220G/1220H – RTV silicone adhesive sealant overview
The RTV silicone sealant Three Bond 1220G/1220H is an alcohol-free, fast-drying silicone compound for bonding, potting and coating in electronic applications. The 330 ml cartridge is suitable for precise sealing and bonding applications where minimal corrosion is required.
It offers excellent electrical insulation and good sealing performance over a wide temperature range. In practice, it demonstrates good adhesion to common substrates and rapid strength development.
Suitable for electronics, bonding, potting and coating
The RTV sealant is particularly suitable for electronic housings, sensor and circuit-board applications where bonding, potting or coating is required, without risking alcohol contamination. The formulation reduces tendencies for corrosion and enables reliable isolation.

Processing & Practice
