The Three Bond 1225C is a thermally conductive RTV silicone in a 250 g tube, suitable for potting and sealing applications in electronics.

The density is 2.9 g/cm³ and the viscosity is about 70 Pa·s (at 25 °C). The hardness corresponds to Shore D 81 and the elongation reaches 50 %; the tensile strength is 2.5 MPa.
