Sealant Three Bond 1102 (A20003) Overview
The Three Bond 1102 is a thixotropic sealant based on a modified alkyd resin that is designed as a non-curing sealant. The product designation lists a 200 g tube, which provides compact handling. The sealant fills grooves and irregularities evenly, without requiring chemical curing.
With water and gasoline resistance, it provides reliable protection against moisture and fuel. The sealant can be easily dismantled after application, which facilitates maintenance and replacement. The density is about 1.33 g/cm³, the Shore hardness is D 70, and the elongation is 200 %.

Because of its thixotropic consistency, Three Bond 1102 can be applied in a controlled manner and fills grooves and surface irregularities cleanly, without dripping.
General sealants in wet and fuel environments
The high resistance to water and gasoline makes the sealant suitable for seals in damp areas or areas with fuel contact.
Composition and Materials of the Sealant
The sealant is based on modified alkyd resin as the main component and uses main solvent: toluene, which ensures stable flow and good adhesion. The color is yellow and the non-curing property supports easy dismantling as needed.
